Local Harvest Restaurant
The Local Harvest Restaurant is now open in the Bainbridge Pavilion, and early reviews are very positive.

Chef Daniel Miller and his wife Jessica offer family-friendly farm-to-table dining, using produce from Poulsbo's Farmhouse Organics, fresh shellfish from Taylor Seafood, and other locally-sourced ingredients.

Island resident Nikki Lounsbury posted a review on the Islandmoms website. "I have to say I was very impressed, especially for a first night," she wrote. "The caramelized scallops were completely amazing - perfect texture (hard to do, in my experience) and there is such an array of dishes they make with vegetables only, vegetarians will have no problem finding something fulfilling on the menu."

She continues to say that "meat eaters shouldn't worry either, as they had an amazing organic beef stock soup with marinated short ribs that really hit that carnivorous spot. They even had organic chicken nuggets, among other options, for little picky eaters. I was assured children are very welcome."

Local Harvest Restaurant
is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 to 9:30 at 403 Madison Ave. N., Suite 130 inside the Pavilion. Phone 206-842-1701.
