Looking for fresh, locally grown organic chicken? Dropstone Farms is accepting orders for their upcoming harvest of fresh Island-grown chickens. The chickens will be available for pickup on the first or second weekend of October. Local farmers Garth and Lauren raise a breed of chickens that was developed from French and Amish heritage breeds: “Freedom Rangers” from JM Hatchery. Orders will be allocated first-come, first-served. They will have about 65 birds available.
